  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder …..OR…1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 Tablespoons Mint Leaves, chopped finely (or Coriander leaves – chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder …..OR…1.5 teaspoons Ginger Paste
  • 3-4 Tomato, chopped finely. You can also use 2-3 Large Tinned Tomatoes (Chopped).
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed or crushed slightly to make a fine paste.
