- 2-3 lbs. Chicken Wings
- 2-3 tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Garlic
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
Original, Lemon Pepper, Garlic and Herbs, and Spicy Parmesan (Optional)
Step 1: Cut the ends off the wings and remove any excess meat.
Step 2: Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl. Mix until combined. Add in the wing ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add enough wings to cover the entire surface of the pan. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, flip and put back in for 15 minutes.
